Total Body Toning
This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.
Monday & Thursday: 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Tuesday & Friday: 7:00 – 8:00 AM
A good restorative class is more rejuvenating than a nap. This class is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Meaning, you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures in the course of an hour, but you’ll feel deeply relaxed.
Sunday: 9:00 – 10:00 AM
Wednesday: 6:30 – 7:30 PM
