Homes in Easton Park range from $300,000 to $1,000,000+, with a Q4 2024 average price of approximately $500,000.

COTA hosts a diverse mix of motorsports including high profile F1 races and is home to Austin’s premier outdoor concert venue. In addition, the track has announced plans to quadruple the size of its facility, adding two more stadiums, a resort-lodge hotel with office space, and additional restaurant and retail space.
The $1.1 billion Tesla Gigafactory is 12 miles from Easton Park; employing 20,000+ people it’s the second-largest private employer in the region ranking only behind H-E-B.
