Named for (and inspired by) the largest park in Seattle, Discovery Park is located just south of Newton Collins Elementary. Our newest neighborhood section will be home to trails, natural areas, and recreational park space, as well as 273 Single-Family Homes and Urban Courtyard Homes on homesites ranging from 45 to 60 feet.

Discovery Park is the showpiece of this section and the perfect place for an educational adventure! Explore open spaces, vista hilltops, and groupings of heritage oaks decked with treetop chimes. Kids will love the inviting play structure and swings, as well as natural play opportunities including a dry creek, dig zone, and sensory gardens.
Art in the Park
We’re thrilled to have a public art installation from renowned artist Beili Liu in Discovery Park. Visitors can walk under Air Seed Arbor and experience the way the shadows around the piece change throughout the day.
