Introducing Skyline Park! – GRAND OPENING ON MAY 4th

At 21 acres, Skyline Park is our largest green space and home to the highest point in the neighborhood, not to mention a pavilion, event lawn, splash pad, many play areas, heritage trees, bathrooms, and spots for quiet reflection. A park this grand deserves a big opening celebration, and we’ve got an amazing day planned that you won’t want to miss!

Our Biggest Park Yet

Easton Park is a community known for its parks, and we’re excited to add our newest, biggest green space, Skyline Park! On August 3rd, more than 40 guests came together to celebrate the groundbreaking, including Mayor Steve Adler, Judge Andy Brown, Councilwoman Vanessa Fuentes, and Brookfield Vice President of Land, Matt McCafferty.

At a whopping 21 acres, Skyline will be Easton’s largest park! Gather for a picnic at the Pavilion and take some family pics on the bridge that resembles Austin’s famous Pennybacker Bridge! Four legged friends will enjoy chasing balls out on the Great Lawn and running around the park’s many trails and natural green spaces. One of the coolest features of Skyline Park are expansive views of downtown Austin from Lookout Point, the highest point in Easton Park.

Get Ready to Play

For the smaller Eastonites, this park will feature a splash pad and outdoor musical instruments to play. Get ready to climb on the park’s two playscapes, one for older kids (age 5-12) and one for younger children (age 2-5). We’ve heard all the requests from residents, and this park will have multiple swings and slides!

Playtime Coming Soon

The park is still under construction, but we have plenty of amenities that you can enjoy when you find your new home today!
