New Year, New Homes

New Year, New Homes

We’re thrilled to announce that Meritage Homes is currently building two beautiful new model homes in Union Park. These are just two of the five unique two-story floorplans that Meritage will have available here in Easton Park, with homes ranging from 1,495 – 2,047 sq. ft. and starting from the $230s.

The first model, the Quinn, is an open concept plan that makes it easy to fix dinner at the kitchen island without missing out on conversation in the family room. Upstairs, the game room makes a great play space or media room retreat. The spacious owners’ suite boasts dual sinks and a walk-in closet.

The second model, the Harper, is perfect for entertaining. It offers an open kitchen, great room and dining space on the main level. Dual upstairs master suites are flooded with natural light and feature dual sinks, oversized walk-in showers and huge walk-in closets in the bathrooms.

All the homes offer fresh, functional floorplans with covered outdoor living spaces, walk-in showers with open living spaces with kitchen islands, designer selected finishes, and stainless steel appliances.

Meritage Homes come with the M. Connected Home™ Automation Suite, designed to simplify daily life while reducing monthly utility and operating costs for homeowners. It includes a video doorbell, advanced thermostat, smart door lock, lighting controls and a smart garage door standard in every home.

All of the homes will feature leading energy-efficient building practices including advanced framing and spray foam insulation, as well as ENERGY STAR® certified appliances. Gutters and blinds on front elevations are included, as well as tankless water heaters and sod and irrigation systems.
