Raise the Roof: Big Progress on The Union
Recent months have seen a lot of progress in Union Park East, with the launch of the revamped Experience Park and the beautiful new model home row close to completion. One of the things we’re all excited about is significant progress on The Union, Easton Park’s 14,000 square-foot amenity center. Once complete, this amenity space will boast the funk and flavor of Austin with a resort-style pool, club-style fitness facility, event space, gaming nook, outdoor fireplace, jam station and more.
Rain has cost us a significant amount of time over the last couple of months, but we’re still pushing for completion in Summer 2019. If you’ve been by to check out the progress, you probably noticed that the roof installation is commencing, and we’re planning to start walls and glass next week. The pool piers are in, and the pool is excavated. We can’t wait for epic pool parties in the near future!
