We’re excited to share that selling has begun in Easton Park’s newest section, Prospect Park! Befitting its namesake park in Brooklyn, the crown jewel of Prospect Park is the actual park itself. Like all of the signature parks here in Easton Park, Prospect is a public park, so all of Austin is welcome to come and play. Sure it has swings, a play hill, twin swirl slides, and a rock climbing structure made of dodecahedrons (12-sided dice-looking things!), but that’s not the best part. As Easton Park’s second largest park, Prospect Park’s best feature is acres and acres (literally!) of green space! Our land team designed this amenity space to bring people together by clustering popular activities to encourage crucial interaction between residents of all ages. You’ll find multi-generational gathering spaces, with lots of shaded areas and seating for resting or having a conversation with a neighbor.
