Wheels Up on Pilot Park

You probably know that Easton Park is Austin’s coolest neighborhood. And that it’s just a short hop (12 minutes!) away from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. But did you know that just north of Easton Park is an extinct volcano named Pilot Knob? Don’t worry – the volcano has been out of commission for millions of years, but this relic from the late-Cretaceous Period is one of the reasons we named our newest neighborhood section Pilot Park

Fly Home With Ease

Located on the southwest side of the neighborhood along Thaxton Road, Pilot Park offers easy access to McKinney Falls Parkway and the rest of the Easton Park neighborhood. In addition to pocket parks, the beautiful signature park will feature acres of green space, miles of walking trails, and playscapes for kids of all ages. We’ll share more information about the park as it becomes available, but let us just say that we’re excited!

Come Home to Pilot Park

The best part of Pilot Park might be the beautiful new homes! In this new section, you’ll find unique one- and two-story homes from Brookfield Residential. These brand new floor plans will be placed on 40-ft lots, giving buyers all the advantages of a single-family home with a cozier footprint and lower price point than larger traditional homes.

It’s Time to Get Onboard!

This section is sure to sell fast, so now’s the time to explore Pilot Park and have your choice of homes and homesites! For more information, see the homes online or come by the neighborhood and take a tour for yourself!
