High five for 2025!

Happy 2026, y’all! As we settle into the new year this January, we’re remembering some of the highlights of 2025 that we celebrated here at Easton Park. Our team grew (again!), and we had a lot of homeowners join the family, too! Here are a few of our top highlights:

New Human Neighbors

The community is thriving in and around Easton Park, with new local businesses including AutoZone, Chick-fil-A, Primrose School, Cheba Hut, McDonalds, a nail salon, and Frost Bank. And I think we’re all pretty excited about the official confirmation that H-E-B is adding a store right across the street at the corner of William Cannon and McKinney Falls Parkway!

New Team Members

Behind every great neighborhood is a great team. In 2025, Easton Park added two new Community Life team members. Sandy Ortega joined our facilities team almost a year ago in January of 2025, and more recently, Easton Park resident Rozana joined as an Easton Park Ambassador. Welcome to both Sandy and Rozana!

New Events

It’s a good thing we added to the team because Community Life hosted 115 events in 2025! Not only were there annual favorites like Easton Made, Wicked Walk, and Music in the Park, but also some new favorites like Easton Sparks & Sounds. And we’re partial to the wonderful philanthropic events that give back to the community such as monthly We Are Blood Drives, a Austin Wildlife Rescue Donation Drive, Community Clean Ups hosted by Recycling & Sustainability Club, and a Salvation Army Donation Drive. Great job, everyone!

New Neighborhood Upgrades

Our land and facilities teams were very busy keeping Easton Park beautiful in 2025. They installed some new shade structures to keep things cool at the pool. And, our teams planted more than 6,700 trees this year, including a wonderful collaboration with Austin nonprofit Treefolks. Treefolks planted approximately 5,234 trees across 32 different species along 15.78 acres, while our development team planted an additional 1,500.

New Model Homes

Perry Homes, David Weekley Homes, and Highland Homes all opened beautiful new models in Easton Park this year. The pictures look great, but to appreciate the quality you should really come experience them for yourself.

New Easton Park Stories

You all enjoyed the updates on the Easton Park blog this year. Our top story was about all the awesome clubs at Easton Park, followed by our profile of the McDuffie family  and Plant Yourself at Easton Park with information about all of the steps our land and landscaping teams take to save water and help our natural environment here in the neighborhood.

We hope that 2026 is just as bright as 2025. Of course, what really matters to us is what our neighbors say. This quote from Elizabeth C. really summed up why we do what we do: “It’s a lovely community — people are kind and respectful. Considering we’ve bought two homes here, we know this is where we want to be!” Thanks, Elizabeth, and happy 2026, y’all!

If you’re not our neighbor yet, come find your home at Easton Park!
